Plaintiff: Christopher Arnold founder in late 2006 of Nanolube Inc.
Defendant: Christian StClaire with a precedent on the trademark "NanoLube" exceeding 1 year prior to NanoLube Inc. existence.
Transcript of Order:
(1) Plaintiff, Nanolube Inc's Motion Instanter to Non Suit the present case is hereby granted ;
(2) The Preliminary Injunction previously imposed in this case is hereby expressly dissolved ;
(3) Plaintiff is ordered to pay Defendant's reasonable agreed costs within fourteen (14 days) of the date of entry of this order.
